Other Sources of Fellowship Funding

1. Hopkins Radiology NIH (NIBIB) funded training grant (T32)
The primary purpose is to train potential academic physicians. There is a substantial research component as well as clinical exposure. A number of areas in MSK would be suitable for the research component (interventional MRI, tumor, muscle, cartilage, neurography, molecular imaging [spectroscopy], etc.).

2. RSNA Research and Education Foundation Fellowship Training Grant
This program has a clinical focus with some research exposure. This could be tailored for those with special or novel clinical interests.

3. FDA Medical Device Fellowship Program
There would be some work at the FDA with Dr. Robert Smith (timeframes are very flexible) with substantial clinical exposure.
